Booking takes place in five easy steps. You can modify your selection as many times as you like between steps 1 to 4. Once you click on the "Buy Now" button on step 4 your booking is made automatically and you will be taken to step 5 from where you can print out your booking confirmation and receive instructions on where your driver will be waiting for you at the airport. You will also receive an automatic email confirmation in your email box. If you only want to check prices without buying, just follow the same process but DO NOT proceed beyond step 4. Step 1 Search In this step you need to select the transfer details for which you want us to show availability and prices. If you just want to see our prices, you still need to select a specific transfer by following this same process until step 4. We will always offer the lowest available fare for any particular transfer date and departure time. First choose 'From airport' or 'From resort'. Then enter your departure point and destination, the date of your transfer and (if applicable) return date. Finally, choose how many people are travelling and then click "Show Prices" which takes you to step 2. Step 2 Select In this step we show you which transfers are available for your specified date(s) and the lowest available price for each particular transfer. If there are multiple options you will need to select the specific type of transfer you require. If you would like to search for new dates click on your browsers Back button to return to step 1. The prices you see on this page are always the lowest available. Once you've selected your preferred transfer(s) then click "Next" and you will be taken to step 3. Step 3 Confirm In this step you see a summary of the transfer(s) and price for your selection. Please note that the transfer prices shown are inclusive totals. There are no extra charges for the transfer. These total prices include all the applicable government taxes and other surcharges. If you want to change your transfer selection, you can easily return to step 2 by clicking Back on your browser. Please check all your transfer and price details. You are now ready to proceed, so just click on "Book now with security" to go to step 4. Step 4 Buy In this step we need you to give us the name of the lead passenger and contact details for the main passenger in case we need to get in touch with you. Please fill in details we require to take you to your destination (the full address of the property to be taken to), your home address and other contact details for the lead passenger, and in particular if you will be travelling with your mobile phone please supply the number. We show you the total price payable and ask you to fill in your payment details. When you have done so, and you have checked all the details, you can click "Buy Now". Please note that at this point, when you click "Buy Now", that your booking is final and cannot be reversed. Before you click on "Buy Now" you are still able to make changes or terminate your booking. To return to earlier steps just click Back on your browser. You can only proceed if you have read our Terms and Conditions, by clicking on the little box to confirm your accept our Terms and Conditions. You can read these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link supplied. Step 5 Booking confirmed In this step we show your confirmation number and summary information for your booking. You will also receive instructions on how to find your driver at the airport you requested a transfer from, and 24h emergency contact numbers. Thank you for booking with shuttleDirect / Viajes Alameda! Your confirmation number is important to comunicate with us any changes to your transfer. As we are a ticket-less, you must have this confirmation number with you at boarding time, together with your passport or other acceptable photo-ID. We also recommend you bring a print-out of your confirmation, if after step 4 you did not receive an e-mail confirmation then you should print page 5 by clicking the print icon on your browser.
